What to Include

To help us respond faster, please include:

  • For order support: Your order ID and the email address you used to place it.
  • For technical issues:A screenshot or description of what you're seeing, and which browser/device you're on.
  • For refund requests: See our Refund Policy first, then email us with your order details.
  • For general questions: Just ask — no format needed.

Response Time

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Weekend messages may take up to 48 hours. Urgent issues affecting active testing orders are prioritized.

Payment Questions

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. For invoice, VAT, or receipt questions, you can contact them directly at paddle.com/help, or email us and we'll help coordinate.
