These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of onTest, operated by QBit Codes (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using ontest.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Platform Description
onTest is a dashboard platform for Google Play Closed Testing. It connects your app with real Android testers who install and actively use your app on real devices for a specified period (typically 14 days). The platform is designed to help you meet Google Play's Closed Testing requirements for production access.

To use onTest, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You can register using an email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Submit apps that violate Google Play policies
- Submit apps containing malware, spyware, or harmful code
- Submit illegal content (child exploitation, fraud, piracy, etc.)
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate the testing process

- Additional Devices: $2 per device for 14 days (one-time payment)
- Expert Analysis Report: $15 one-time add-on
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, Paddle is the seller of record and is responsible for:

- Sales tax, VAT, and GST collection and remittance
- Transaction receipts and invoicing
You agree to Paddle's Terms of Service when making a purchase.
4.3 No Subscriptions
All payments are one-time charges. We do not operate recurring subscriptions. Your testing package expires after the 14-day testing period ends.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Platform Delivery
We commit to:
- Providing 12 verified tester Google accounts for your closed testing track
- Having testers actively engage with your app for 14 consecutive days
- Delivering daily progress reports via dashboard and email
- Providing installation proof screenshots for each tester device
We do NOT guarantee Google Play approval. Approval depends on Google's review process, which is outside our control. However, if our platform fails to meet the stated requirements (e.g., testers don't stay active for 14 days), you are eligible for a refund.

- Store screenshots and reports related to the testing
This license ends when you delete your account.
